How does this work?

Your 30 days of unlimited exercise classes begin the day you sign up using the link in Step 3, above.  For the next 30 days, you are welcome to attend as many classes as you like. Then, 30 days after the day you sign up, your access to this product will be removed.  You are welcome to re-activate it for a modest monthly fee, if you like.

Can't attend classes live?

Not to worry!  You will receive access to an extensive library of recorded classes. Follow the instructions above, and then click on the "Video Library" tab to the left of the "Classes" tab. You may watch as many recordings as you would like within your 30 days.

Need help before your session?

If you registered for a class, but did not receive a link to that class, you can call this number: (318)-450-1747. 

This number is only to be used the day of a session for requesting links for classes you have signed up for but have not yet joined.
