  • Diet & Nutrition. Weekly 60-min virtual group coaching nutritional support sessions with the BoneCoach Team Registered Dietitian. Tuesdays at 7:00 PM Eastern and Fridays at 9:30am EST.
  • Stress Reduction. Weekly 60-min virtual group stress reduction sessions with BoneCoach Team Stress Reduction Expert. Sundays and Wednesdays at 6:00 PM EST. 
  • Exercise & Physical Therapy. Weekly 60-min virtual group exercise and physical therapy Q & A sessions with BoneCoach Team Doctor of Physical Therapy. Mondays 11:30am and Thursdays at 2:15 PM Eastern.
  • Lab Test Guidance. Weekly 60-min virtual group Q & A sessions with BoneCoach Functional Medicine Practitioner. Fridays at 1 PM Eastern. 

If you miss any of these sessions, you'll receive access to the replay within 24-48 hours after the session to watch at your own convenience any time during the month of your membership.
