Written Instructions for Laptop or Desktop

Step 1: Move your cursor so that a menu appears at the bottom of your Zoom screen.

Step 2: Click on the green button that says "Share Screen"

Step 3: Select the screen you want to share.  You will probably see several options.  Click on the first one.  Click "Share."
